A budget way onto AM5: six Zen 4 cores that still game well at 1080p with a mid-range graphics card and leave an upgrade path to Ryzen 9000 on the same board. The 9600X is a little faster on a lower 65 W TDP; buy the 7600X only when it is clearly cheaper.
